Founder's Office Internship Cohort · 3–6 months · Paid · Bangalore

Don't intern. Build.

Most internships teach you how a company works. This one teaches you how a company is built— because you'll be building it, with a small, ambitious team that's reimagining hospitality, inside India's first Startup Park.

The deal, in five lines

Build products.

Ship fast.

Work directly with the founder.

Learn every day.

Become exceptional.

We're looking for the curious, the hungry, and the fast — students who would rather own a real problem than watch someone else solve it. If grades are your best argument, this isn't for you. If what you've built is, keep reading.

Why join

Interns here don't feel like interns

They feel like early team members — because that's how we treat them, and that's the pressure and the privilege they get.

You ship, from week one

No shadow projects, no fake dashboards. The thing you build goes to real customers — and you find out fast whether it worked.

A team that raises your bar

Small, ambitious, high-performing. Everyone here runs something real — and expects you to run something real too.

AI-first ways of working

Agents, automation, and AI in every workflow — you learn how a small team ships like a big one, because that is how we work.

A real path to a real job

This is a paid internship, and top performers get pre-placement offers. We would rather grow our team from people who built with us.

Ownership, not tickets

Every intern owns a meaningful piece of the product — a feature, a channel, a system — and answers for it like an early team member.

Leadership within reach

Zero bureaucracy and no layers — which means direct mentorship from leadership, including an IITian founder and AI researcher.

What you'd build

Five businesses. One philosophy.

Home & Hosted is a modern lifestyle brand built around authentic food, meaningful hospitality, curated experiences, and trusted products. We don't simply sell food — we create experiences around the feeling of home and the joy of being hosted, and each of our five verticals expresses that differently. Whatever your track, your work lands in front of people who are paying for it.

Daily meals

Meals that genuinely feel like home — from cooks with names, faces, and stories.

Supper clubs

Curated evenings around one table that people talk about for months.

The Store

Carefully curated, trusted products that bring authentic food into people’s homes.

Events & corporate

Complete hospitality for private events; dependable quality for teams.

The platform

The web, mobile, and AI-powered operations that run all five businesses.

Startup Park · Madiwala, Bengaluru

Your office is India's first Startup Park

Our office sits inside the newly launched Startup Park in Madiwala — India's first fully integrated startup innovation hub. It's not a co-working space with nice chairs. It's a campus built for founders, investors, and the people learning from both — and you'll work in the middle of it.

Most students never get inside this world. Getting in is part of the opportunity: the people you meet in these six months — founders, operators, investors — become the network most people take years to build.

Founders in the corridor, not on YouTube

A Pitch Lab, Investor Studio, and Mentorship Hub on campus

Demo days, launches, and community events around you

Workshops run by the ecosystem, all year

Collaborations with the startups building next to you

A network you keep for the rest of your career

Internship tracks

Pick your track. Own your patch.

Thirteen tracks across engineering, design, growth, and operations. Every one of them ships to production — none of them is "make a report".

The learning journey

Continuous growth is the whole design

Bi-weekly workshops, guest sessions with founders and industry experts, live code and design reviews, real customer feedback — learning here isn't an event, it's the operating rhythm.

Week 1

Ship something real

You get a real problem in your first week — small, but live. By Friday, something you made is in front of customers or the team.

Month 1

Own your patch

You take ownership of a feature, channel, or system. You present it, defend it, and iterate on it with direct feedback from the team and leadership.

Ongoing

Learn on a drumbeat

Bi-weekly workshops and guest sessions — founders, engineers, designers, marketers. Live code reviews, design critiques, and real customer feedback sessions.

Month 3–6

Leave with proof

You finish with shipped work, a network from Startup Park, and people who can vouch for you in detail — and for top performers, a PPO conversation.

How an internship becomes a job here

The mission & the mentorship

We're building the future of hospitality.

Five businesses, one philosophy, and a small, high-performing team that is genuinely obsessed with its customers — that's who you'd be joining. We work AI-first, ship fast, and treat product thinking as everyone's job, whatever your track. You won't be attached to the team. You'll be part of it.

Mentorship is built into the rhythm: live code and design reviews, bi-weekly workshops, guest experts — and direct access to leadership, including an IITian founder and AI researcher (AI Research Lead @ Scale AI) who wrote this platform end to end. Your ideas get decisions in hours, and your work gets feedback the day it ships.

"Bi-weekly workshops, experts from my field, honest feedback, and real problems. Six months here should change what you believe you're capable of." — the founder

Life at Home & Hosted

Startup pressure. Startup joy.

We won't pretend it's easy — the pace is real. But so is the ownership, the laughter, the food, and the feeling of watching something you made get used.

Startup speed

Ideas become experiments in days, not quarters.

Radical transparency

You see how decisions get made — numbers, mistakes and all.

Freedom to experiment

Propose it, build it, measure it. Being wrong fast is respected.

Food is on us

We are a food company at Startup Park. You will eat well. Often.

Wins are celebrated

Ship something good and the whole team knows about it that day.

Learning is the job

Workshops, reviews, and sessions are on the clock, not after it.

The gallery is empty. On purpose.

Cohort 01 hasn't happened yet. The workshops, the demo days, the Table Nights, the 2 a.m. launches — the first cohort will fill this space.

We could fake three smiling quotes. We'd rather earn real ones. Join Cohort 01 and this section quotes you.

How it works

Four steps. No hoops.

The process respects your time the way we'll respect it when you work here.

01

Apply

One form, about ten minutes. Your work links matter more than your resume. We read every application ourselves — no ATS, no keyword filters.

02

A real conversation

No aptitude tests. A 30–45 minute conversation about what you’ve built, how you think, and what you want to learn.

03

Show, don’t tell

For some tracks, a small take-home you’d actually enjoy — scoped to hours, not days. We respect your time.

04

Join the cohort

Offer, start date, and your first real problem. Top performers finish with a pre-placement offer conversation.

Questions, answered straight

FAQ

Is this paid?+

Yes. Every intern in the cohort receives a stipend — we discuss the exact number at the offer stage, based on track and duration. And food is on us.

Who can apply?+

Students in any year, any discipline, and recent graduates. We care about what you can build and how fast you learn — not your college tier or CGPA.

Where is it? Can I work remotely?+

In person at our office inside Startup Park, Madiwala, Bengaluru — India’s first fully integrated startup hub. The ecosystem — the founders, events, and network around you — is half the value of this internship, and it doesn’t transmit over Zoom.

3 months or 6 — which should I pick?+

Pick what your schedule honestly allows. Six months means deeper ownership and a stronger PPO case; three months is a sprint that still ends with shipped work. You can tell us you’re flexible.

What does PPO actually mean here?+

A pre-placement offer — a full-time role at Home & Hosted after your internship. We would rather hire someone who has already built with us than interview strangers. Top performers get that conversation before the cohort ends.

I don’t have a big portfolio yet. Should I still apply?+

Yes — if you can show curiosity and speed in other ways. A course project you pushed further than required, a club you ran, something you sold, a script that saved you hours. Evidence of building beats volume of building.

When does the cohort start?+

We review applications on a rolling basis and confirm start dates at the offer stage, so apply when you’re ready — early applications get read first.

Ten minutes. Be honest. Be specific.

We read every application ourselves — no ATS, no black hole. Links to things you've built are worth more than any resume line — send us your work, not your keywords.
